Graeme was engaged by Xcina to deliver a global retail PCI architecture assessment for BP.
As Solutions Architect, Graeme conducted information gathering & interviews and wrote the content for the deliverable documents, including the following assessment activities:
- Reviewed PCI evidence from 15 audits
- Built cross-region technology asset lifecycle heatmap, asset and actor inventory visualised with Power BI
- Identified architecture gaps and maturity levels of capabilities
- Engaged stakeholders to agree on findings and impact assessment
- Documented current AS-IS and strategic architecture with roadmap
The project delivered a detailed and comprehensive roadmap of projects required to enable execution of a global strategy for PCI compliance as BAU.
